HomeThe pilot

See a system working on your own business first

A short, fixed-price pilot on one workflow or one acquisition gap. If we go on to build together, the fee is credited in full. If the honest answer is no, we will tell you that too.

Fixed price. Credited in full against a build.

Why we start small, on purpose

Buying an AI system usually means committing before you have seen one work. The pilot removes that, at our expense rather than yours.

One real workflow, not a demonstration

We build against your documents, your rules and your systems. What you see at the end is running on your own business, not on a sample dataset.

A fixed price, agreed before we start

You know the number in advance. There is no discovery phase that quietly becomes the project.

Credited in full against a build

If we go on to build together, the pilot fee comes off the cost. The pilot is not a way of selling you the pilot.

An honest answer at the end

If the result says this is not worth doing, we will say so. That has happened, and it is a better outcome than a build nobody uses.

What actually happens

Indicative shape. The exact timings depend on how much of your material we can see on day one.

Step 01

You tell us which side hurts more

Acquisition or operations. If it is both, say so; that is the usual answer, and it tells us where to start rather than what to skip.

Step 02

One straightforward conversation

About how work actually flows through your company. No hype, no generic pitch. You will leave knowing whether this is worth doing, before any money changes hands.

Step 03

We scope one workflow or one gap, at a fixed price

Narrow enough to build properly, real enough that the result means something. You approve the scope and the number before we begin.

Step 04

We build it on your own accounts

Your API keys, your infrastructure, an audit trail on every automated step, and a human checkpoint wherever clients, money or real risk are involved.

Step 05

You judge it on your own business

Then you decide whether to build further. If you do, the pilot fee is credited in full. If you do not, you keep what was built and we part on good terms.

Fixed price, credited in full against a build

Price on the call, agreed in writing before anything starts. No discovery retainer, no open-ended engagement.

Before you raise a hand

What does the pilot cost?

A fixed price agreed before we start, and credited in full if we go on to build together. We give you the number on the call rather than after a discovery phase.

What if it does not work?

Then we tell you, and you have spent a fixed, known amount to find out something useful about your own business. We would rather lose a build than sell one that will not hold.

You keep what was built either way.

Who needs to be in the first conversation?

Whoever knows how the work actually flows, which is often not the person who owns the budget. One call, one hour, no preparation needed.

Do you work outside financial and professional services?

Yes. Most of our clients are financial institutions, professional services firms and SaaS companies, because that is where these two problems bite hardest. The systems work anywhere the same problems do.

What if our problem is not one of your two?

We will say so, and point you toward someone useful instead of selling you something anyway. If you are looking for the cheapest possible website, a quick experiment, or someone to hand a problem to and walk away from, we will save us both the meeting.

Tell us which side hurts more right now

Buyers who aren’t finding you or converting, or a team buried in manual work. One conversation is enough to know whether this is worth doing.

Start the pilot, or ask the assistant anything first.

Fixed price. Credited in full against a build. If the honest answer is no, we’ll tell you.
